Special Educational Needs

We are a very inclusive setting and have a large number of child with special educational needs or that may require extra support. 

We work very closely with other professionals to support these children, meeting each child's individual needs. These include (but are not limited to):

- Bromley EY SEN Advisory Team

- Speech and Laguage Therapists

- Occupational Therapists

- Educational Physcologists

- hearing and vision team

- health proffessionals

- health visitors

- Portage services

Things that can be put in place to support children include (but are not limited to)

- using symbols/photos

- using makaton signing

- small group activties

- speech and language support

- applying for EHCP

- 1-2-1 support

Our SENCo, Lisa, also sits on the SEND governance board for the Bromley Early Years Partenership.
